This dressing is creamy, delicious, and filled with healthy herbs! You could also use this as a dip or a sauce!
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ cup spinach
- ½ cup mayonnaise (or vegan mayo)
- ¼ cup basil
- 3 spring onions
- 1 tbsp tarragon (optional)
- 1 tbsp dill
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper

Tip
For a thicker consistency, add more spinach, herbs or mayonnaise. Maintenance, not for first 12 weeks
