I love Japanese food and spicy salmon tartare is my favourite! Making this at home feels so fancy and indulgent, so it is perfect for date night!
Ingredients
- 250g raw salmon, diced into very small cubes
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp spring onions, chopped
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds, plus more for topping
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- Chicory leaves
Instructions

Mix all ingredients, apart from the leaves in a bowl.

Add mixture to each of the leaves and then sprinkle with more sesame seeds.
Tip
You could easily use tuna or cooked prawns instead if you prefer
