This is such a versatile sauce that can be used for lots of different dishes. It goes well with steak, fish, tofu, cauliflower, or whatever you like! You could also maybe use it as a salad dressing so keep it in the fridge to spice up a boring meal.
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp mustard powder
- 1 ½ tbsp hot water
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 ½ tbsp rice wine vinegar
Instructions

Mix the mustard powder with the hot water.

Add the soy sauce and white rice vinegar.
3.
Mix and put through a sieve to remove lumps.
4.
Serve and store the rest in the fridge to use later.
