Lemon Blueberry Overnight Oats

A delicious and easy recipe that reminds me of lemon blueberry cheesecake!
Ingredients
1.5 cups oats
3 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp unsweetened coconut yogurt or Greek yogurt
1.5 cups milk of choice (or more if necessary)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Zest of 1 lemon
1/2 cup blueberries
1 tsp cinnamon (optional)
1 scoop unsweetened collagen protein or protein powder (optional)

Instructions
1.
Mix all the items together and place in an airtight container. Add more milk if the oats are not saturated.

Leave in the fridge for at least 2 hours to overnight.
