Using a sauté setting on your slow cooker or in a pan if you don’t have that setting, add the oil on medium high heat.

Add the onion and beef and sauté until browned.

Add in the kimchi, sriracha, soy sauce and water. Stir to combine.
5.
Cook on low in the slow cooker for 8 hours.
6.
Add the mushrooms for the last hour.
