I love hummus so I wanted to make a homemade one full of healthy ingredients that will keep me fuller for longer.
Ingredients
- 1 can of chickpeas
- 1 can heart of palm
- ΒΌ cup basil
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Place ingredients in blender and blend to desired consistency.

You might need to use a spoon to move things around to allow for a good blend.
Tip
Serve with veggies to dip! If the hummus is too thick, gradually add a little more of your liquid ingredients.
