Combine the melted butter, olive oil, garlic, thyme, parmesan, salt and pepper

Place the chicken thighs on a baking tray skin side up and rub with the garlic mixture.

Place in the oven for 35 mins.

Remove the tray and add the sugar snap peas around the chicken, tossing them in the sauce that will spread around the chicken.

Place back in the oven for about 10 more minutes, when it should be crispy on top and fully cooked.
