Festive Kale Salad

I adore a good kale salad and this one went down amazingly with my friends!
Ingredients
1 large bag of kale
1/4 cup dried or fresh cranberries
1 Apple, diced
1/4 cup shredded Gouda (or your favourite cheese)
1/4 cup pecans, broken into small pieces
1 cup leftover cooked Turkey (optional)
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp fresh squeezed orange juice
Salt and pepper
Needed kitchenware

Instructions
1.
Remove all the tough stalks of the kale.
2.
Add 1 tbsp of olive oil and salt to the kale, and massage with your hands for a couple of minutes until it’s soft.

Add all the other ingredients and toss to combine.
