Salads can be so boring and the yummy dressings can be ridiculously sugary, full of preservatives, and very high in calories! This is one of my favourite dressings for an Asian inspired creamy dressing.
Ingredients
- 1 cup cashews
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder/granules
- 1 tbsp sriracha (add more if you like it spicy)
- Juice from ½ a lime
- ¼ cup of water (add more if needed)
Instructions
1.
Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender.
2.
Toss with your favorite salad.
3.
Serve with grilled chicken, prawns, veggies or whatever you like.
