Preheat your oven to 180°C.

In a deep baking dish, add the tomatoes, lemon, garlic cloves, thyme and 3 tbsp olive oil.

Stir to combine and season with salt and pepper.

Add your cod in the middle, season generously with salt, pepper, and the chili flakes.
5.
Add the extra tbsp of olive oil drizzled over the fish.
6.
Place a slice or two of lemon over each fillet, and bake for about 15 mins.
